Best Strength to Weight Ratio: Primo, EQ, Anavar, or TBol
Assuming I will be running test prop and this will be my first cycle, which one of these compounds added will best help my goal of high strength to weight ratio gains: Primo, EQ, Anavar , Tbol, Mast.

Pretty similar stuff as far as strength gains. Whatever you choose, leave EQ out of it.

Been seriously *strength* training over the last 8 months solely with the goal of improving my vertical. Still need more "max strength" unfortunately but bc of training schedule and the field I'm in, proper recovery has made this a slower than usual, over-trained process. I do ballet and modern dance 5 times a week for 3-5 hours a day.
Over the last 8 weeks i have trained at the gym 4-6 times a week with strict form: atg full squats, heavy pulls, OHS, presses and work up to a daily single, double, triple for that day (Bulgarian way of training Olympic lifts). Strength gains have been solidly creeping up. I ve been responding to this programming quicker and better than starting strength, strong lifts etc. which i did in the beginning. Makes sense why it would; You want to be great at your lifts or sport field, one should train smartly daily.
But this daily training is even MOAR grueling. it was tough training 3-5 hours a day in ballet and modern dance classes, now I'm at the gym as well. My classes and dance technique are suffering.
Its like doing MMA for a few hoursand lifting everyday. Borderline over training but that is nature of these beasts. oh and there is not really an off-season so come summer, the training intensity INCREASES. Oh and ballet is a weird sportnwhere you need max strength, power, speed strength, isometric strength, aerobic and anarobic capacity, insane dynamic and static flexibility. Lol its like CROSSFITZ without the stupidity. Ugh. FML wish I were a darker skin color. Lol alright my rant is over, here are my lifts as of late.
Full ATG Squat: 245 (3)
Deadlift: 315 (1)
Bench: ???? Lol what's that
Overhead Press: 135 (1)
I'm thinking about Test Prop and Var at the very least so i won't die from training. im off to they gym.

Best you read this and for your first cycle stick to one compound.

hey provita, read it!
Read it. Really good advice in terms of knowing what and how you will respond to new substances. Makes even more sense for a body-builder. Still wondering how test at five hundread will affect an mma fighter, track-field 100 sprinter, or a high jumper during the middle of gtheir training season. I still think its imperative to get a read of how your body will respond. would running prop for 12 weeks and anavar 4-12/6-12 give me a read given prop's half-life?
