    Question about protein when running gear

    Hi all ..

    [e.g.] : if i running gear and my body need 250 grams of protein per day and i can't provide more than 200 grams protein

    what will happen ?
    is the result will being very bad ?

    You shouldn't touch AAS if you haven't sorted out nutrition issues as such on your own.

    Is 250g in your macros?
    How have you calculated this figure?

    Exactly. ^^

    Nutrition/diet is 75%+ of the entire equation. If your diet is not squared away, you're wasting your money and time. Period.

    So you haven't worked out a solid diet including macro split before cycling?
    You haven't started your cycle yet have you?
    You should head over to the nutrition section and forget all about cycling until you up your weight a bit buddy.
    154lb you can easily add quality mass with a correct calorie surplus diet and not steroids .

    A good rule of thumb is 1.5 x lbm depending on the person. Do you know your lbm?

    You should know 'protein x lbm = amount you need' rule before you even think about steroids . Yet you're on steroids forums first but don't know how much you should eat. Failed
