I coudlnt agree more, last cycle i dropped fat so fast. 2200 calories(120c, 80f, 330p) was really low for me, but i gained only 10lbs on shoulder presses. Where when i bulked with 5000 calories on an underdosed test, the strength went through the roof.
to sum up, i didnt miss a meal or a workout but didnt gain much strength. Lost an inch off biceps, wonder what could have happened if i wasnt on juice. But the stuff was legit i can tell.Last edited by Ridel; 04-19-2013 at 11:44 PM.
