    Only 100% chance is surgery!

    Did you see a doctor?

If it's old gyno, you may need surgery. If not, I would avoid letro. It's a strong compound and while it can help, it may cause other issues for you.

Consider one of the following protocols:

    1. Raloxifene: Dose at 60mg daily until gyno is reversed. You can go up to 80mg daily.
    2. Tamoxifen: Dose at 40mg daily for one week, then 20mg every day until gyno is reversed.

Both methods above will take time. Maybe serveral months depending on severity and how you respond. So be patient.

    Good luck.

Yes. It appeared once, why wouldn't it again? You need to get blood work done and get your estrogen under control with an AI.

If you're in Oz, I believe you get free surgery for this. If so, I would recommend it.

    Surgery then.

As for an AI, you need to stop thinking about cycling anything and continue research. Tons of info on here.

nah we dont get free surgery, and doctors ( specialists) still cost money to see, 70% of doctors here are foreign and they have no idea how to cure/perscribe for this, they just confuse the situation.

I know of an Aussie member who had it, he said he paid for it and got the majority of it refunded. He is currently suspended but you should PM him. His name is Euroholic.

The surgery involves removing the offending gland and not any part of the muscle. the incision is traditionally made around the lower half or the nipple and the scar is hidden unless you look closely I am led to believe.
