Only 100% chance is surgery!
Did you see a doctor?

If it's old gyno, you may need surgery. If not, I would avoid letro. It's a strong compound and while it can help, it may cause other issues for you.
Consider one of the following protocols:
1. Raloxifene: Dose at 60mg daily until gyno is reversed. You can go up to 80mg daily.
2. Tamoxifen: Dose at 40mg daily for one week, then 20mg every day until gyno is reversed.
Both methods above will take time. Maybe serveral months depending on severity and how you respond. So be patient.
Good luck.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

nah we dont get free surgery, and doctors ( specialists) still cost money to see, 70% of doctors here are foreign and they have no idea how to cure/perscribe for this, they just confuse the situation.
