hcg won't prevent shutdown of the pituitary but it will prevent shut down in the balls and keep them functioning throughout the cycle .pct will help in boost restarting of your pitutiary

Thanks guys. I want to start a cycle but there's people on here telling me I shouldn't as I'm only 70kg, but I've seen people smaller then me make good gains so I may just give it a go.....

    I remember you now.

Youre 5'9" 154lbs! You need to learn how to eat!

My advice still stands - youre too small bro. If you do a cycle now, you likely will not keep any of it because you have not built a foundation for any new muscle to grow on. You first need to build some solid dense muscle in order to maintain any new muscle. Then, you need to eat more to maintain your new muscle. It’s all about eating. Figure out your TDEE and up your cals at least 500 each day to gain some weight. Workout regularly and eat a high calorie clean balanced diet. There's no magic pill. The magic is EATING.

Post your intended diet here including macros and the pros in there will assist you in tweaking your diet to fit your intended goals. Good luck!

Agreed. Learn to eat properly, you are clearly not eating enough(of the right foods)
I have 45lbs on you, same height. I was natural up to 175 11%...

FOOD is the aas you need. It's the MOST important part of a lifting plan.

Focus on these things, in this order and you will reap the full benefits of AAS.

    Food>Training/sleep/recovery>generic supplements>AAS
If you don't, you are WASTING YOUR MONEY AND POTENTIALLY DAMAGING YOUR ENDOCRINE SYSTEM...FOREVER.

I have no stake in your outcome. Im simply trying to point you in the right direction. If you chose to ignore my advice, that's your prerogative. I can only wish you good luck at this point and hope to not see you in here later with a failed cycle and perhaps complications.

I really do appreciate the advice but I've witnessed people at 12 stone do a cycle and have significant gains and keep a lot of it.
