    How long 'till gains

    I did a search and I think I know the answer to this question...but just want to confirm cause I didnt see the question answered specific to the cycle that I am on....

    Doing cycle of Test E (500mg/week), EQ (500mg/week), and D-bol (30-35mg/day) - in week 3 of 10. How long till I see gains on this cycle...still tipping the scales at 182. From what I have seen, week 3-4 is when a change should be noticable??? True?

    True...could be 5 weeks. Sometimes EQ takes a little longer for some of the noticible changes to take place, like increase in appetite, etc. However, by week 6-8 you shopuld really feel a spike in hunger and strength.

    I have definitely noticed an increase in strength and hunger - just not lbs.....

    First of all you should be running the dbol at the start of the cycle not the middle til the end of the cycle. Also IMO 8 weeks to run dbol is a bit long
    Run your cycle like that and you'll see results in the first few days.

    dbol-35mg/ed weeks 1-4
    test 500mg/wk weeks 1-10
    EQ 500mg/wk weeks 1-10

    Sorry - I didnt explain that well - I am running it weeks 1-4. Overall, I am in week 3 of 10.

    If you've been taking dbol for 3 weeks now with no gain it's not real

    Yeah I gotta agree with that.

    Assuming of course that you know how to train, eat, and rest.

    I mean, if you're not even getting extra pounds from water retention...something's definitely wrong.

    Agreed...you should have at least 5-8 pounds of water retention.

    yeh within a week you should notice a "bloat" from the dbol . i love it because it seems to work overnite for me. might be time to revisit your dealer............hope not. oh yeh whats your diet like?

    what kind of dbol are you using? if you are using denkall then you'll need to up the dosage since they are underdosed. I doubled my dosage and took 60mgs/day before I finally noticed the changes.

    I did that same cycle and gained 18 lbs. But lost 11 which was water. EAT.....EAT.....EAT you should gain 10. A lot of Protein.

    Its possbile, I guess, that I am not eating enough - I usually do 6 meals a day. I think dont think the stuff is fake casue the first week I noticed a stronger pump and increased vascularity. I think the stuff I have is reforvit
