First cycle(ok second)

Bloodwork is the smart way to go but it's not always feasible cost-wise. I only use adex. Did on my last 10wk cycle and will again on my coming 8wk. You can use one or the other all the way through

Week 1-12. Test E 250 twice/wk
Week 1-4. Tbol 60/day
Week 1-12. Femara .75mg. eod
Week 1-14.5 HCG 250 iu twice/wk
Week 8-12. Winstrol 75 mg/day
Week 15-19 clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20

So this is what I have decided to do for my first cycle. Anybody see anything I could or should change let me know. My only question is about the HCG. I have here 250 twice a week right from day one to 14.5 weeks is this right? I read that most use it near the end of the cycle and into their pct. am I starting early? Or going too long anything like that? Also , say day one I shoot the test , say day two do the HCG? I thought I read somewhere to do HCG before test but not too sure. Anyone? I also have my diet posted on the nutrition thread any help on that would be great too. Thanks

So I can only get femara instead of arimidex . I read a couple spots that said .25 Ed. Does that make sense? And the tabs are 1.25. So that kinda sucks. What's everyone's take on femara? From what I read seems to work well

Simple. Use the banner from AR-R at the too of the page. They sell adex, it's actually what I use. Good to go and it's oral you just squirt the dose in your mouth. 1mg/ml = .25ml EoD with the oral syringe they provide for free!
