Testosterone injections and average yield to NG per day?

I am just curious is there a chart or an average for what testosterone injections will yield in the normal functional male body. My doctor said generally 200 MG of testosterone cypionate will yield around 1200 NG per day in a person.

I am wondering though if there is like a chart for the "average person?"

Id say 500 will put low to mid 3000s
