    Going from bulking to cutting

Currently I'm on test e 500mg a week.i'll take my last shot this day 2 weeks.then 2 weeks later start my pct.I was wondering how soon after the pct would it be a good idea to start taking my cals down to start cutting??
I want to run another cycle for cutting.how long after my pct should I wait???

cut your cals 6 weeks after pct. Thats a general rule for how much time it takes your hormones to adjust to your new body composition.

Maybe all of this (from bulking to cutting) would be a single cycle.

Time on + pct = time off is the general rule of thumb here
Are you getting bloods after pct to see if your recovered?

    Agree^^^

if you did 12weeks of E, 2weeks of ester clearing and 4weeks of PCT.

Than you should wait at least 18weeks before another cycle.

Take it slow buddy. No need to rush it.

    Good luck
