i don't think anyone can maintain 5%bf for longer than a week or so... it's just not healthy...

you'd look better being 200+ with 10%bf ish.. or so..

on stage, im not sure, but maybe 2-3%, but during the off season it's not uncommon for body builders to be 15-20+%bf

yeah alot of it i don't really understand either.. it's just important that you know that you should allow your endocrine system to fully develop (around mid twenties) before you start using AAS..

as for your training (when you do start again), i would suggest cut back a little on the cardio, and change your lifting routine to something like full body workouts Monday Wednesday Friday

Monounsaturated fat - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

id keep all your fats to about 20% of your daily calorie intake (and 40% for protein and carbs)

I know you're trying to help but I can't understand any of that if I ask this general specific question can you answer, here it goes, will a massive amount of mono unsaturated fats help boost or spike natural test production ?

limit to one meal/day and you shouldn't have a problem

try to eat a wide variety of foods every day, including beef (or other red meats), fish, chicken, eggs, fruit + veg, and drink plenty of water..

it's better if you cook them..

pasteurized egg whites (kind you find in the frozen section in the supermarket) are safe to eat/drink raw..
