Lack of "Libido"
Is it normal to not wakeup with a boner in the morning? It's been like that since I was 14. Is it a symptom of low t? I know juice will fix it

It can be a symptom of low test? If your test is low then "juice" might help.
How old are you?

Good response, OP!
My first guess is prolactin being either too high or too low; this can be caused by a pituitary tumor and a host of other things...antidepressants, medications...
Estrogen may be too high or too low.
OR, you might have low T.
I experienced the same thing you have in regards to morning wood from as far back as I can remember; turned out to be a prolactin issue.
I have to take cabergoline .5mg twice a week to clear the problem up; ever since starting, my libido is sky high as it should be, and I wake up every morning with a rager

I'm noticing a lot of your posts are stating things as facts when your wrong. I just got done reading one were you were saying you have to run test higher then tren and its stupid bioscience to run more test then tren.
Morning wood most defiantly can be an indication of high or low testosterone levels . I know this from personal experence. Is it rock solid? No. That's why I said get blood work done.
Stop spouting things as facts in less your dam sure your right!

Wood in general is a normal man function. Nite time all, or most men will have 3 of 4 erections. You are sleeping but your brain is active. Doctors get concerned when no nite wood occurs. I could go on with this but in general "if it aint broke, dont fix it. High T and low T have little to do with this. I will post links, if permitted to back up statements.
