Masterbating does not lower testosterone levels .
Your body fat is not in a "safe zone" for cycling. You really need to have a good doctor find out why your test levels are where they are at your age. Could be pituitary or testicular. Whatever it is, going into a cycle isn't going to fix that problem. You really need to find the root cause here. I would find a good urologist before I searched for a cycle.
Good luck.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

You can get blood work done. Many helpful folks here that can point you in the right direction. Cycling shouldn't be on your mind right now, Dev.

This is extracted from kelkel's "Find a TRT physician" sticky in the HRT forum. Modified for you...
• Total Testosterone
• Bioavailable testosterone (aka Free and Loosely Bound)
• Free Testosterone
• SHBG
• Estradiol (specify “sensitive” assay for males)
• LH
• FSH
• Thyroid Panel (complete)
That's a start.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

Hey man you can get blood test orders online without seeing a urologist. You just have to make sure you know how to read your results. I would also get a CBC & metabolic panel which checks your glucose liver & kidney health. Your pushing 300 pounds and have high body fat percentage. I would stick to diet and exercise as preparation to start anything. Give yourself a few years. Your too young to be worried about this. If you loose the weight your muscle tone will standout.

I'm going to guess your testosterone levels are depressed that high *because* of your high body fat %.
More fat = more of your testosterone is converted to estrogen, which will in turn make losing fat even harder.
Get the bloodwork done, and try to work with a doctor. If this is not an option...then as a last resort,
I'd suggest using an anti estrogen if you were to use anything, but definitely not steroids .

Arimidex .
like i said, this is a last resort.
get on with a doctor, and do blood work. if you just start stabbing in the dark with drugs, you're potentially going to make yourself feel worse just fyi.
crashing your estrogen (dropping it too low) really, really, really sucks. you feel like death warmed over
