Quick ampule dosing question
Sorry, this question has probably been asked before but I did a couple of searches and couldn't find any threads that answered it fully.
I am looking to do a Test Enanthate cycle, which will be my first. I have just finished reading William LLewellyn's book in which he suggests a 7 week cycle of 200/200/300/300/300/350/350mg per week.
My dealer has 250ml Abdi Ibrahim Test Enanthate ampules.
I've two questions-:
Is there any need for me to stagger the dosages like Llewellyn has or can I just take 250mg a week for 8 weeks and make my life a lot simpler?
If not and I need to make a dose that is not a multiple of 250, should I just draw 2 ampules up into the syringe and then leave the remainder in the syringe until the next time? e.g. If injecting 350mg, draw two 250mg ampules into a syringe, inject 350mg and keep the remaining 150mg for the next one, using a new needle.

Do 2 ampules per week or 500 mg/ week. 10 -12 weeks would be better as you won't feel the full effects until week 5 or so. Good luck!

Tennis, Thank you for having a completed profile with your stats.
Always keep a steady dose, no need for that pyramiding. Test E at 7 weeks won't do much.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

Age - 27
Height - 6'
Weight - 90kg
Body Fat % - According to that pic you linked to, around 20%, though I had a BF test done a few months ago and it said I was 13%
Previous AAS exp. - I posted here around 2 years ago when I was 80kg about doing a cycle and was advised that I should be able to get up to 90kg. I took this advice and am now 90. This will be my first cycle.
Lifting Exp - 7 years. 3 years very seriously

That pic is way off. If you look like that 20% guy then you're actually less. Closer to 15 or 16

Ha thanks for clearing that up, I was starting to worry that I was becoming a fatty lol.
Also, just regarding what you said about Test E at 7 weeks not doing much, did you mean that it's not a long enough cycle? LLewellyn says that Test only cycle gains plateau off quite dramatically at 8 weeks.

The photo i use of BF%'s is simply a guide, similar to any other guide. But i dont think youre 13% in your current avi Tom.
If you take a minute and search the internet, you'll discover a multitude of templates for both men and women. Its really a matter of choice i guess. I think it's foolish to argue which guide or template is "better"..lol
But if youre really interested, post up a clear photo of yourself including your legs and back and we can give you a solid estimate. This is common here and the membership appears to be very accurate most of the time.
