Mast or Diet
I started taking mast about two weeks ago. First time also BTW
In the past two weeks in my legs and arms my vascularity looks ****ing awesome. I have been dieting hard and doing some serious cardio but it really started hitting once I took the mast.
Is it my mast or diet?

My experience with Mast is that it's effects are pretty slow so I am going to guess mainly diet. Although I have only used Mast once and it was Mast E

Mast starts veining me out quick like 2 to 3 weeks for spider veins.
But if you've been dieting hard you should take the credit lol!

I def stepped my diet up big time. Still need to get more veggies in though.
My gf was like your legs are disgusting. However I disagree lol

Haha I'm running primo right now and my wife was like do you think all those veins are attractive you're nasty!
Yep nasty exactly what I'm going for so I guess it was a compliment

That's plenty of time for mast to kick in, so I would mostly attribute it to that.

When I ran Mast, it really dried me out (which is what I was going for).

I am seeing veins I have never seen before. Really is something else. It makes me go longer and harder on cardio to see what will pop out next
