Hey guys about to start my first cycle after some help and planning.
My stats:
Age :23|
Yrs Lifting : 4
Height : 181 cm
Weight : 90 Kg
Bf% : 12%
3500 calories a day

My current plan is
test 250: 525 ml p/w EOD for 12 weeks ( 42 injections at 0.6 ml)
Each fortnight would look like

Sunday - 0.6 ml sus
Tuesday - 0.6 ml sus
Thursday - 0.6 ml sus
Saturday - 0.6 ml sus
Monday - 0.6 ml sus
Wednesday - 0.6 ml sus
Friday - 0.6 ml sus

i have nolvadex and clen atm
