    BMI question

Is there a way to factor a muscular body frame to the BMI chart? It seems to be way off for me.

Why use BMI at all? It's a very poor and inexact measure of body composition.

As MI said BMI sucks. I carry more fat than I want/should but have a decent amount of muscle and the BMI chart says Im morbidly obese.

Use the mirror and the scale to help judge your body comp. I'm 5'10" 190lbs around 10/12% bf and BMI states I'm overweight! That's a pic of my abs, does that look overweight!

I use it for comparing physiques of different heights. Other than that, it's worthless for bodybuilders imo
