Hey all,
Am 30 years old, 183cms, 85kgs, 9%bf
Done 2 cyxles before of test p and winstrol .
My 3rd cycle will be:
Week1-10: test prop 100mg eod
Week 2-10: masterone prop 100mg eod
Week: 4-10: win 50mg eod or ed
Arimidex : 0.25 eod
Hcg starting week 4 till the end 250eod
Gh: 2 iu ed for 10 weeks

Pct: nolvadex : 40/40/20/20

Diet: 1800-2000calories.

Run Masteron full 10 weeks.

Winny ED, be prepared for hurting joints lol!

You may want to up the AI to 0.5mg EOD depends on the individual, but to be safe.

HCG start it 2nd week at 500iu Every 4 days and stopping 2 weeks before PCT begins.

I would personally not waste any time with GH only at 10 weeks, wouldn't see much of anything and it's only your 3rd cycle.

PCT is fine, I always have Clomid and Nolva for PCT to guarantee!

I think arimidex and masteron will combat estro to a good level, tbats why 0.25 eod will be fine. Took it before with my other cycles.(prop and win only)
I dnt like clomid due to the vision disturbance.
Is there any video on how to divide the hcg ?? I was thinkin of using the slin.

Agree with Army. Not a fan of Winstrol . Only difference is I'd leave the AI at .25 eod unless BW or symptoms dictate otherwise and HCG is fine At 250 IU. Make sure you have everything "in-hand" first.

For your first two meals, yes. Visit the nutrition forum and have the vet's there hook you up with a proper plan to meet your goals. The most anabolic think you can take is food so without proper nutrition you're pissing your money away.

Run your Hcg at 250 iu's twice a week. You can do it Monday and Thursday if you like or whatever interval will give you 3.5 days. Some guys run it every 3rd day. I am not of the opinion that HGH at 2 iu's a day will do much of anything for you. I would save it for down the road when you can aquire more of it.

Use the 5K. Mix with 2ml Bact Water. Pull to 10 on insulin syringe.
