Cialis
Slightly high bp, so Cialis been recommended, anyone know the benefits and negatives, don't want to be walking around with a hard on all day, how does it affect bp, heard it gives a feeling of being pumped, how long before any benefit. My blood pressure is around 140/90 mostly, but can go down to 120/70 on waking and reach 160/100 on rare occasions, been testing regularly using a calibrated tester, need to loose 10 lb before I cycle, 53 years old, cycle test e, 10-12 weeks, 200-250 twice a week, pct as recommended for 4 weeks, any advice would be most welcome, thank you.

fudge man.. I'm 52... a cycle would be the last thing i'd recommend for you for sure... my bp awake and moving around all day.. 118/65 I train for endurance though i am not a runner genetics, etc..
my suggestion is do the diet forum, learn to eat that will probably give you the body you are seeking..
you didn't say your weight...
what is your goals for a test e cycle?? gain muscle, lose fat??
see my advice above to reach that goal..
be safe..The answer to your every question

My weight is 182, body fat at 20%, I need to loose 10-12 lbs before starting a cycle, as stated test e only, blood pressure runs in the family unfortunately.
I have been lifting for over 20 years, at 53 I am continuously struggling to recover, and have a bit of the belly fat associated with male menopause.
The cycle is to hopefully reduce body fat and gain some clean muscle, had testicular cancer, 26 years ago, been told that it will affect test levels, fed up with feeling shit and want to continue progressing with the training, reached my genetic potential years ago, now treading water, takes 6 months to cycle up to my best lifts, then strength will suddenly fall steeply, don't think it,s due to overtraining, as cut back over the years, have upped cardio, 3 ml runs 4 times a week, cycle 40 miles a week, only fat is belly fat, genetically pre- disposed I think, mind you I have lovely gluteus haha. Cialis ed can over stimulate the prostate, not good.
If you got your bf % down to say 14% your Bp will drop a lot. I guarantee it.
My family has high Bp and the close I go to 8%, which requires I super clean diet and cardio my Bp goes so dramatically!
So why dont you suck it up and hit the cardio and diet section and.get.this under control

Its the over stimulation of ejaculating that causes the psa levels to increase. To lower psa you should take finasteride

PSA by itself is not reliable or specific enough as a measure that your prostate is getting larger.
The test measures levels of a protein produced by normal and cancerous prostate cells, but PSA can increase for many reasons, including constipation or recent sexual activity.

Its the cialis causing the over boner more often which means a lot more sex then normal or a gram of test

I saw almost immediate and consistent reduction of moderately elevated blood pressure by taking 5 mg of cialis/day. I kept a bp log for several weeks daily with an average reading of about 135-138 over 84-90. I quickly and consistently started getting reading of around 120-124 over 76-82.

To the OP, considering you have previously had testicular cancer and are now over 50 its very likely that you suffer from low testosterone levels . If this is the case cycling test is the last thing you would want to consider as recovery would be very difficult and you would feel like poured shit during PCT.
Get labs done and see where your Test scores are and if they are low consider starting TRT as if you are already eating/sleeping/training correctly then addressing your testosterone levels is the only thing that will help you with your current situation.
One note though, starting TRT or Cycling either one will cause a slight increase in BP due to increased RBC production so getting your blood pressure under control and monitoring your RBCs and donating blood as needed once on TRT will be nessacary to keep your BP within safe limits.
Good Luck,
FFM

Insist to your GP that he send you for a hormone blood test. Complete, and print out, an online ADAM questionnaire and take it to him to support your symptoms. Don't leave until he refers your or tell him you want a second opinion and will consider making a complaint of he overlooks, and mistreats, your symptoms.

Thank you, I will see my gp, I have no problems with seeking out a private clinic, but not sure if treatment exists in the uk or even if I should be asking.

There are private clinics I know of in London and Doncaster but the NHS should be your first stop.
