    Chest Fat, Ughhh!

So I accumulated a little bit of chest fat in the lower region of my chest and in the center. This has made it appear to look more feminine, which I would really like to get rid of.

I've been battling a slight gyno flare up for about 2 months now and I would like to hear from you guys about the following... (If you have personal experience, AWESOME!!!)

    1. What did you use to help alleviate this? Dosage and duration? (ex; aromasin and tamoxifen )

    2. Any exercises that helped improve the fat distribution in the chest area? (ex; increased cardio)

    3. Was it successful to any extent?

Thanks guys. I really want to get this additional fat out of there! I feel like a chick!

Tamoxifen is fine for Gyno, but Raloxifene is far better than any "gyno reversing" drug. You can dose Ralox at 60 mg daily until it's gone. Aromasin is a poor choice for gyno reversal.

There are no exercises that result in targeted fat loss. You need to reduce your overall BF% until it's proportionate.

Note that fat is often confused with Gyno. Verify you have gyno before you administer any treatment protocols. You would have an obvious lump.

you need to get a diet down that is going to cut body fat. There is no way to target a certain area and like austin said sometimes body fat can be confused for gyno. Also let's not forget that you are at a greater risk for gyno when you have a high body fat percentage.

    1. Austinite nailed it. Raloxifene is great but you may also use nolva (tamox). People also use letro with great success but if I were you, I'd just run ralox at the dosage above (60mg ED) until it's gone.

    2. Cardio is the only way you are going to get rid of that fat.

    3. I've heard many success stories with raloxifene, nolva and letro.

Use the search bar and type in raloxine, nolva, letro or gyno and you will get plenty of information and previous user experiences.

Thank you guys for your comments... I think I'm going to continue on Tamoixfen for now, I've been taking Aromasin to lower my E levels (They were slightly high on my last bw)

Yep. Thought I had gyno. Turns out I was just fat. I couldn't tell until I lost it. what did I do? Totally overhauled my lifestyle. Diet (lack of diet is a better way to word it), sleeping patterns, exercise plan, stopped doing things that were harmful and gut off all prescription meds that aren't helping to keep me alive. As it turns out, the changes I made are reversing the atherosclerosis, high blood pressure and high cholesterol problems so I'll be getting off.those meds too now.

Do this for yourself. It will be the best decision you ever made.
