Hello all. Is there a bf% limit to use gear?

No, but the lower ou are the lower your chance of negative side effects. Not only that, but the lower you are the more pronounced your gains will be. A lot of people here will throw out the number 15% and I wouldn't cycle unless I was under 15% also. But it is an arbitrary number

This thread might help: bf%
But brother, you are at least a year or 2 away from cycling safely, regardless of your BF. This thread worries me.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

The bf that I have is only mid section do to a bad car accident I was in. I have no fat in my neck face legs or arms. Don't know if that matters I am also 31 years old just so you don't think I'm one of these young people I see on here. Austinite no need to worry I'm here cause im trying to get as much info as I can before I do anything

I won't argue there my main goal is to just ask what I can so when the time comes I'll be ready to go.

I will never be under 16% I'm German we're bred large and no one in my family is thin even when I was 17 years old I was 6'4" 182lbs track runner 400 and 200 meter and I still carried meat in my mid section. Lol I just don't think I'm designed thin

Genetics play a part to a degree but its mainly dietary. With the right trainin and diet anyone can hit 15% and most can get to 10 IMO. Maybe past that it starts to become a more pronounced issue but I'm not really sure about that. Unless you're going for a pro card or seriously competing the average user or gym goer shouldn't see a big difference due to it
