    PCT training question

week 11 of test-e cycle so pct is coming up.

question is that i am doing physical therapy for my knee 2 days a week. The therapy is a workout in itself and i usually do it immediately after lifting.

I usually lift for an hour or so and then the therapy for my knee goes for about an hour and it includes:
    glute exercises
    glute bridges
    leg press
    planks
    side planks
    a lot of balancing stuff

I usually have a good sweat going.

Question is, what should i do on these days during pct bc it would be much too long of a workout.

Why not just let the PT session replace your gym visit on those days? It sounds like it's a pretty good lower body workout.
