    can i pin my pecs with short blue pins ???? what id use for my delts ?

    are pecs easy to pin and can you pin more or less anywere in the pec ? my upper pec has some good mass so should i pin in up there in the biggest spot ?

    sorry i dont know the length of it, rather small, just under an inch long what we use to pin delts where im from

    do my other pec ???? i train my whole chest not 1 pec at a time ! and ive never done pecs but from what i hear there a piece of cake right ??

    Flyguy you are very confusing. I would like to know first what you are pinning (compound) and then why are you doing pec's as Kel asked. Why are you up there and not in your glutes. How often do you pin? ...crazy mike

    Damn, pinning pecs... I'm with kelkel, I'll stick to glutes, delts, quads. As far as what you would use for delts, it depends on your size and what compound you're running.
