Cramps
Just asking for someone else, he don't lift but he bikes and stuff. He gets cramps mostly at night when sleeping but he gets them anywhere. Calves, legs so on. U told him he is most likely low in something. Any ideas??

I suffer from cramps EVERYWHERE. I am hydrated very well. I combat the cramps with 4 x 550 tabs of Potassium Gluconate at bed and 3 x 550 tabs in the morning. If I still have some problems I just take more during the day ?
I have found it to work and that's the only thing I have found. ...crazy mike

It could be a number of things. He could be dehydrated. Low on potassium or calcium and I think if you over work your muscles it will do it to. I get leg cramps when I'm dehydrated. I'm willing to bet that's it
