can i take winstroll whilsed on a test 400 and clen cycle
AGE:22
WEIGHT:117KG
HEIGHT: 6 "1"
Hi guys im 3 weeks into my cycle off test 400 im injecting 1ml on tuesdays and 1ml on fridays for 12-15 weeks then followed by a pct off clomid and nolvadex ive also started takeing clen which i am 3 days into although i am doing the weights i am also doing a 50 mins fat burn on the tredmill after every session.
this is my clen cycle
CLEN CYCLE
Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)
Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80 mcg (Tapering is not necessary, but it helps some users get back to
normal gradually)
Day14: 60 mcgs
Example of a second cycle:
Day1: 60mcg
Day2: 80mcg
Day3: 80mcg
Day4: 100mcg
Day5: 100mcg
Day6-Day12: 120mcg
Day13: 100 mcg
Day14: 80 mcgs
i also have a tub of winstrol which i was going to take after week 3 off my test 400 cycle but now holding it off as i got hold of clen but can anyone tell me will it harm me takeing it now or should i wait till after the clen

Ok. I don't understand but I respect your choice. So let's move onto advice for this cycle.
You're far too overweight to cycle anything safely just yet. If you don't bring down your body fat percentage considerably, you'll have a very difficult time managing your estrogen levels, you'll most likely experience some seriously high blood pressure and a host of other amplified side effects.
It's in your best interest to cut down naturally before you cycle. You need to lose about 50 lbs.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

surely thats why the clen is good no? i am doing a lot of cardio i dont think it will be long before i loose 50lbs so i dont think there is a probl;em useing test 400 as it takes about 6 weeks to take effect

Not at all. You really want to put your body through clen at that body fat? Your problem is 100% not related to the lack of drugs. Your diet is your problem. Visit the nutrition section and the pro's there can teach you how to cut with food.

how do you know my diets the problem i eat less then 20g of fat a day now.. the reason why i am the size i am is cos i left the army last year as i was injured on operations i havent been able to to do anything up till now but ive ive sdorted it out all i want to know is if winstroll is a good thing to take whilsed doing both test 400 and clen or should i wait

How many calories do you USE each day? For example, my total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) is somewhere around 2800 calories. I start out by eating around 2300 when I'm trying to lose weight. If I ate 1500, I wouldn't lose weight faster, I'd just go into starvation mode and my body would shed muscle and tank my metabolism because it would try to keep me from wasting away.
How little fat you eat has nothing to do with this (think atkins diet [not saying do the AD], mostly protein and fat). In fact I suspect your fat intake is too low and your carbohydrate intake is too high. I'd visit the nutrition section and post up a diet. You'll get some really good information there. They'll want to know what you're eating and your macros, total calories/carbs/protein/fat intake. If you don't know these things, keep a log. Although you probably shouldn't be cycling until you have all of these things in order. Otherwise how do you know if its your diet or the gear that's the issue?

257lbs @ 22% = 200lbs LBM
puts you at 3000k cals to maintain current weight.
if you are eating less then half of your maintenance you will be dropping about 5 lbs ish a week naturally for a while
What is the Test and clen being used for? to assist in this weight loss? maintain LBM?
People here are trying to help but if your too naive to take advice from knowledgeable members who are here to help you then good luck to ya.
Your over weight because of a choice not an injury, it is as simple as when you take in more than you use or use more than you take in.
this all comes down to what everyone here is trying too help you with = EXPENDITURE

You need to spend some more time working on the fundamentals of nutrition OP.
You sound like a weight watchers chick.... "but I keep calories under 1500!"
Macronutrients are key to any form of body composition you are aiming for.
