Started my first steroid
I have started taking testosterone 300mg per week. Since it's my first steroid use .
My stats
Age-26yrs
Training- 2 yrs
Height- 5' 8"
Weight- 78kg
BF-13% (Approx)
I m on 4th week, It gives me more energy & sweating all the time in the gym, like its raining sweat (lol). Not seen any visual effects on muscle gain till now.
I have not started any clomid/nolva/a-dex yet. I got all in hand for my PCT.
I didn't see any shrinkage in my balls yet.
Eating food in evry 2-3 hours daily.
My questions are :
*I think, I will go for 450mg from next week. Should I take a-dex at 450mg dose ?
*When will I get visual muscle gain ?
*Can I take Fincar(Finasteride) for hair loss ? losing hair a little

Probably won't get much out of 300 mg of test. 450 would have made a lot more sense.
You should be using your AI, not keeping it on hand.
You should also be using hCG on cycle.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

300 is low dose bring it up to 500 .

1) yes .take arimidex at .25 eod
2) it depends on your diet and training

I can't take 500mg. I got test enanthate 300mg. So, Either 450mg or 600mg. I have decided to go for 450mg.

I also want to know exercise routine. I m training 6 days week.
Day1- Chest
Day2- Back
Day3- Tricep
Day4- Bicep
Day5- Shoulder
Day6- Leg & Belly
Doing cardio everyday before workout.
Is this ok ? Or should I go for 3 days workout & 3days rest ?
