Sauce 1
I've been lurking around these forums doing research for a long time now. I've come to find out that this is definitely more of an art than a science. I am constantly learning more and more but sometimes it's hard to take it all in and I consider myself an intelligent guy. I appreciate any advice or criticism from anyone knowledgeable and/or experienced in the art of AAS.
Stats
Years lifting: 10
Height: 6' 3"
Weight: 273
BF: 14.6%
Age: 23
Past experience: Was conned into using a compound containing 2 methyl group prohormones at age 21. Douche bag at the supplement shop sold it to me as a "natural test booster." Had no knowledge of PCT, or AAS in general and had a rough recovery. I have been doing research ever since and learned that I probably screwed up my Endocrine system a little(maybe a lot) but more importantly that any potential damage occurring from cycling younger that 25+ would have already been done.
Current cycle:
Test E only- 700mg per week split Sun/Wed x 12 weeks
Have AI on hand as well as letro
PCT
Nolva 20/20/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50

I know you're gunna get crap about your age, as well do I, but us both being young we gotta stick together but as far as I see, I'd lower the test to 500mgs for the first run & run your nolva 40/40/20/20
And what Ai do you have "on hand"? I'd run it all cycle.
Other than that, all seems well if your diet is spot on. I'd post it in the nutrition section before you start to maximize your gains. Best of luck buddy!
