    Hormonal Imbalance?

    Hey,

Just wondering if you guys could give me advice although I will be seeing a doctor next week. I did 3 cycles back when I was 18-19 and I am now 26. I did not do proper PCT and I have the following side effects which followed my last Testosterone enanthate cycle:

*feeling very lethargic, I litterally could sleep all day! I am not depressed I just feel tired. (I had this feeling going into the third cycle)
*I have body hairloss in which my facial hair, pubic hair, leg hair, and scalp has thinned out
*Scalp, back and face is constantly oily
    *Short/long term memory loss

Was wondering if it would be too late to do PCT? Also I have been taking finasteride 1mg ED for the past 8 months, and my symptons have not changed.

It's all guess work until you get blood work done. It needs to be complete blood work. Take a look at the Finding a Doc sticky thread in the HRT Forum and use that as a guide.

This post certainly deserves the attention of those who occasionally advocate against our policy of advising against AAS use for forum members who are under 25.

    All fools please chime in.

As said above, best to get bloodwork before doing any 2nd guessing.

What are you planning on telling the doctor? Honesty is not always the best policy if you are in the US because it can/will stay in your chart forever and you have no idea how it could affect your future insurance, job or career in some way.

Well I was going to tell him the truth. How does this information circulate during a background check for a job? I know I mentioned I was taking AAS to my doc back in my teen years and it did not effect me landing my professional job.

I feel the same with fina. My last cycle was back in early of 2008 and quit mid through the cycle because I had insane scalp itch and did not do a proper PCT. I have been on fina for the last 8 months. I was thinking of doing a PCT but I want to check my blood work first.

High blood Pressure can cause lots of those symptoms you described. Take one step at a time. Get blood work done and ask the doc to start you on a BP med.

Your medical history has nothing to do with a normal pre-employment screening. Unless it's some type of govt job requiring a higher level of clearance.

There are many things that can have you feeling like this number is thyroid. As Kel said a full blood panel including a male hormone panel is needed.
Best of luck. Only go in and describe your symptoms and ask for like I said complete blood work and hormone panel.

Take an ai and lower your E2 and see if you feel better.

What would be a good amount to take (letro)? I am still going to wait for my test results.

These symptoms could describe a variety of things. For example, the bolded symptoms could be related to sleep apnea? The other two symptoms are more commonly found in those with other than low test levels.

The best thing you can do is get a complete blood panel worked up and then go from there. Your T levels may be fine and you have some other issue(s) going on.

    Good luck!

You did not list the ranges for the result but be careful with the estrogen as you can crash it and feel even worse. You test and free test are normal. Did you get a thyroid panel done?

Ranges for the result would help but appear normal. Did they test RBC that can make you feel like crap. Sleep apnea? Many things to investigate.
