Injection sites!!!

Running out of sites and know or many other muscle groups that people hit. I'm delts,gluteus and quad. Always have pinned with 23g or 25g and prefer 1" pin. I'm nervous about hitting pecs will I hit anything and is one part better than the other. Looking and bis next but also have me nervous due to n more nerves. Thanks fr any help with this

Help wit what, RK? Your nervousness? If you're worried about pecs (which are easy), try lats or triceps.

J/K lol. Do not! I pin my pecs to the inside of the nipple and up about 3 finger widths. I bury the needle, at a slight angle. Gets nice and deep, no pain, and doesn't bleed much if at all. No pip either.

Keep in mind that the larger area a muscle covers, the better the absorption. Small muscles like triceps don't absorb as well as glutes or quads.

Pecs are easy. Although... I have gotten those post injection lumps in my pecs more than anywhere else, but thats just me. Biceps are my new favorite. The first 4 shots in each were a little uncomfortable afterwards. Now its smooth sailin.
