    on eq and doing toughmudder

What's up fellas, so I'm doing the toughmudder in Nov. I've decided to run test e 500 wk & eq 400 wk but maybe adding some deca at like 200 a week. Is the deca a bad idea? I'm a runner and will eat clean but I want full abs by Nov and I don't want to loose my vascularity. Will the deca hurt me? 34yo , 191 lbs, 5.8 ht , . I was thinking off adding var towards the end of the cycle. You thoughts?

The only bad idea there was EQ. You should have your blood counts done soon and donate as often as possible. Var will kill your cardio so I'd scrap that idea.

I'm not understanding, I thought eq was good for cardio. I've done eq in the past and I do have to admit that my cardio was great. Why would eq be bad? Are you saying for me to donate blood to help me with any sides? Please school me. Thanks

Sure, it certainly helps with endurance. But at the cost of an alarmingly high increase of RBC's, which will thicken your blood to dangerous levels.

So I should donate blood while on cycle or get blood work? I've heard this before but never put mind to it.

Both. When I ran EQ, I had to donate 4 times more often than testosterone alone. It just made me hungry and gains were ZERO. You won't be able to donate so often so you might need a prescription for a therapeutic phlebotomy. If your blood gets too thick, you won't be able to donate at all, they don't take thick blood.

Blood centers only allow you to donate every so many months. You can't just walk in anytime and donate. It's a national database and going to a different center will not help you. And if your blood is thick (they check your Hematocrit levels first) you will be rejected.

I see and thank you for the advise.. one more question; I live in FL, can I be honest with my doc and tell him i cycle steroids and been trt on my own? I noticed that when I go for a physical they don't request the full entire blood work needed.

I would NEVER recommend you tell your doctor. It's ends up on your medical records & good luck ever getting insured.

No. As Fcarey said, never ever discuss ANY of this with your doc. Ever.

    Ever.

    Ever.
