    5ft 9in
    155lbs
    Lifting consistently for a while
    Before anyone says "just eat", I do eat alot, so with that aside, what would you guys recommend a first cycle to gain weight and muscle.

    What is your caloric intake. you are light, no problem but it tell me something. so ??? ...crazy mike

    Ok OP I just checked and on 8-11-13 you posted and told us your weight only and EVERYONE told you to get to the nutrition site. I at that time asked you for complete stats age etc... and for more information as I just did. At that time I told you to read up on Ai's and PCT. now that was 7 days ago and you are back with your weight and hgt and asking the identical Q's. So did you read anything? I will not spoon feed you when I don't even know your age. What are you hiding. ...crazy mike

    He doesn't want to research. He wants it to be easy. Which is also why he is under weight and small

    Eating properly and eating a lot are far from the same. Do you know your TDEE and how much you should eat beyond your TDEE during (and more importantly, AFTER) a cycle? Food makes your grow, not steroids . You can have the keys (steroids) to a supercharged car, but if you don't put enough fuel (food/nutrition) in it and the right type of fuel, you won't get very far at all.

    Atop looking for short cuts that don't exist. If you are confident with your nutrition plan, POST it for everyone to review and comment - and post your actual nutrition plan and not one you borrowed from the Internet. If you ARE eating correctly, we will tell you BEFORE we recommend injecting yourself with anything.
