Any experience with the forum sponsor?
Hey all,
So I just got a coupon for the forum sponsor buysteroids.com. I read through the site a little bit and had a few questions:
1. Have you guys used any of the items they sell?
2. If so, what do you recommend (or recommend to avoid)?
3. How do they compare to the "real thing"?
4. Are these essentially supplements like you would get at GNC? - - I have tried a test booster from GNC and it was total junk.
I am looking to buy TB-500 to help recover from an injury, but I figured I would use the coupon to get something else. Looking to get my BF% down while increasing muscularity.
Thanks for the help!

Well right now I am on a pretty decent calorie deficit. I am 6'1 210. Most days its typically just an early lunch and dinner - if I snack its either a protien bar/shake or some fruit.
Yesterday I had a sausage wrap for lunch and chicken breast/corn/salad for dinner.
Today I had a sandwich and salad for lunch, not sure what the wifey is making for dinner, but its normally healthy.
Is that what you are looking for?

Yea, your diet ****ing sucks lol
I would head over to the diet section. Learn about your tdee and figuring out a correct macro split that will achieve your goals. I dont count every single calorie or macro but by doing this it taught me the size of the portions of the foods for each meal which is a great thing

It fing sucks? Really?
I just looked it up, my intake yesterday was under 1000 calories, with 40 grams of fat, 37 carbs and 63 protien
Today so far I am sitting at 500 calories with 21 grams of fat, 31 carbs and 19 protien.
How does that suck? (legit question)

Gotcha - Again, right now my primary goal is weight loss. So I am running a pretty extreme calorie deficit. I also didnt workout yesterday, so I curbed my eating. Tonight I will play basketball for a couple hours, so in addition to dinner I will have a protien bar and some fruit when I get home.
Either way, thanks for the help I will look into the diet. As for the original question, any experience with the products on the forum sponsor?

Just to give you an example. I was on a cut at 2300 calories. I was lifting and doing 45 minutes of cardio through boxing/kick boxing and played ball on sundays
You gotta feed the machine

You need to learn to eat in response to what you're doing physically to achieve your goals. Begin with a simple diet from the cutting section of nutrition forum. You'll be looking at at least 5 meals a day, which will be a lot more than what you're eating now but after a day or two of your metabolism adjusting you should be able to cut while not losing do much muscle on a cut diet.

Dude,
You need to eat more food double what you are now. To be quite honest I don't know how your functioning rite now, I'd be sleeping all day eating 1000 calories per day.
Google "starvation mode" that'll tell you everything you need to know. PM me your stats and ill do you macros.

Most days I end up with roughly a 600 calorie deficit. I dont log it, but I do keep mental tabs on it. My weight loss the last 2 months on this deficit has actually been pretty good. Im losing on average ~3lbs a week.
My plan is to stick with diet and cardio for another 2-3 weeks. I am starting to ease some weight training back into the mix now, with the goal of getting back into a regular routine in September. That brings me to the reason I posted this. I could always order a typical PWO - but I had the coupon and wanted to see if you guys had recommendations from the forum sponsor.

1000 calories isnt typical. I ate pretty light yesterday. I wasnt doing anything active so I cut the intake.
I dont think I can PM - I am too new. As for stats:
29, M, 6'1, 210. (What else do you need?)
Weight training is pretty limited right now with a bum shoulder. But I am doing ~10 hours of cardio a week. I am starting to incorporate some light weights. I appreciate any help you can provide!

Yes, great products. Not comparable to GNC. GNC will never provide what ar-r does.

Hi Ma atx -
What the boys are trying to tell you is simple - sure, you can lose 3 # a week - but it's a lot of lean mass along with the fat! You've got to get in the right calories and balance of carbs, protein, and fat...every day, every meal.
Do yourself a favor and do some reading in the nutrition forum.
You say you want to increase muscularity - you're never going to do that doing about 10 hours of cardio a week, and eating almost no calories.
Good luck! Ask questions - lots of people around here will help you get started right.

Thanks. I guess I am not nearly in tune with the diet side of things. Prior to injury I hadn't really "dieted" per se. When I was getting a little soft, I would just lift more and take a lot of protien. But I looked in the mirror a couple months ago and was, by far, the flabbiest I have ever been in my life. Since I cant do much lifting, I figured id just diet and cardio. Its worked for now, but I am fully aware that this isnt a long term plan. As I mentioned before, I am hoping to get back into my regular routine in September.
Normal eating when I am weight training:
Morning: Smoothie with multi fruits and protein powder
Snack - Protein bar and fruit, black coffee
Lunch - Tuna and crackers
Snack - Protein shake
Dinner - Whatever the wife makes.
As for the diet ive been doing right now - I am losing weight and the clothes are fitting better again... but I am shocked at how I have lost all my muscle definition. =(

Oh wow - I just realized something.
The Coupon I got was for "Buysteroids.com". I received it in the welcome email to the site. But a few post above someone put a link for ar-r .com? So I am guessing that is the actual site sponsor?
Have you guys used anything from buystereoids.com?

Both are sponsors of the site. Buysteroids sells safe steroid alternatives . I have not used them, but I do use, on a daily basis the same ingredients they use with good success.

Hmm.. I didnt think you order a few of those things off your list with out a prescription (cialis) or at all (clen ). I am a lot more ignorant to this stuff that I originally anticipated... and here I thought I was doing good by reading up so much.
In the supplement thread I asked about an alternative to EC; in that thread you didnt mention Clen. I dont know a lot about steroids - but isnt that for weight loss? Ive heard its like a super-EC stack. Since you have taken it before - - is it something you recommend?

That is really interesting. I had no clue there was was "Research Market" out there. Since my last post, I had found that while googling. Is there a list of legal research chemicals out there and explanations on what they do? Or is it basically just spend hours scouring the internet and hoping you find the correct information?
As for the Cialis on AR-R ; It looks like it is a tiny vile.. I understand rats dont need much, but for $60, how many servings is that?

Well, most chemical websites will have some sort of description for each compound. But there are plenty of threads spread around with both detailed information and experiences. So yes, you'd have to do some leg work, but the search function can be a handy tool.
It's a tiny bottle, cialis, but it will last a long time. It's 30 mg per ML, and not many need more than 10 mg daily. The bottle is 30 ml, so it contains 900 mg, that's a 90 day supply.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

Austinite - You are a wealth of info. Someday we will have to meet up and i'll buy you a beer.. or protien shake.. or whatever it is you drink!
I have been trying to search around. I have found a lot of interesting stuff. I am spending some time researching the peptides right now. From what I have read, I am shocked no one recommended them in the other thread. it looks like there are combinations of peptides that promote weight loss of fat only while preserving muscle mass. It is confusing what some of the different names mean, for example, the difference between "177-191" vs "176-191".
Anyways - I will keep looking around. Any recommendation on keywords to search for?
Also - I take it the cialis is injected? How do people handle all these different injections? Do you load them all up into the same needle?

Cialis is orally administered with an oral syringe.
