    Sustanon and deca

So im starting my first cycle in a couple of weeks with a buddy, he talked me into taking sustanon 250 with him at 750 mg a week with 3 shots a week. He's also taking anavar as well but i was thinking about taking deca instead because i heard that its good for your joints and ive had a couple of knee injuries. I was thinking about just taking 100 to 200 mg a week of deca, whats your guys thoughts on this? are they good to stack or should i lower the dosage? Thx guys

Read the link Cape gave you. Now some tough love. No offense but if you're 5'10 and 165 then you need more time training and learning to eat before you consider cycling. If you do cycle I guarantee you will only be "renting" the size and lose it all upon cessation of AAS. Right now you are no where near your natural potential. Visit the nutrition section and let the vets there work on your nutrition with you. Also visit Marcus' Diary in the Lounge Forum and get some great training tips that will expedite your progress.

Keep training hard and learning to eat. Watch your friends get big temporarily then shrink back down. You'll be just fine and will eventually surpass them. Keep your head on straight, be patient and dedicated to your task and you'll get there. When the time comes for AAS you'll be ready and will actually make good, sustainable progress.
