Can you really keep your gains?

I hear everything about "keeping your gains" if you have HCG and run a great PCT but is this really true? Can you keep your gains after your cycle or is the only "true" way to keep your gains is to never go off and/or blast and cruise?

For every 10lbs added on cycle you should be able to keep 7lbs. You have to keep working after your off cycle. Yes you most likely will lose some muscle and gain some fat but it shouldn't be crazy.

If you haven't passed your genetic limits, absolutely.

So no need to blast and cruise/or stay on if you haven't passed your genetic limits.

What's the chances you will need TRT because of cycle later on in life?

No need to bast and cruise, you can make great gains doing cycle and PCT's. Just gotta eat a lot and train hard.
Everyone's different, the more cycle you do, the closer you're getting to TRT.
Blasting and cruising is a straight ticket to TRT for life.

How many cycles would you say would put you into that "TRT future"?

Could be 1, could be 20. There is no manual hand book for every human out there yet.
