Question from a NEWB regarding interruption of cycle.
I'm new to this and started on Deca Durabolin and Sustanon 250 2 weeks ago.
Sus 500mg a week.
Deca , 400 a week.
So I had planned to go 12 weeks, but something came up and I have to be out of town for a week. Sept 21st for 8 days in Hawaii. I don't want to fly with the gear and I'm not considering it. So basically I have a 6 week cycle which I don't know will do anything for me but we'll see.
What should I do? Will missing that week ruin everything? Should I continue along when I get back or just wait and then do another 12 weeks at a later date? I'm completely new so Ill take whatever feedback I can get.

5'8" 30yr old. 150lbs. I was that skinny guy that could never get fat....then I got a tech job and ate buffets everyday and became skinny fat. lol.
I've always did the cardio thing just to be involved but stopped. 5 weeks ago, I started lifting weights 5 days a week. Experience? Nada. =/

Honestly I would stop. At 150 lbs. you don't know how to eat to maintain gains. Anything gained will be lost. Save the gear and get your diet down.

While I 100% agree with Cape, you can pin the day before you leave and the day you return without a noticeable interruption.
Could you humor us and lay out your entire cycle and meal plan?
