    3rd Cycle Help and Ideas Due to injury

    Hi

    I'm after some advice on my 3rd cycle my previous cycle details are below

    Cycle 1:
    Test E - 500mg per week
    8 week total

    Cycle 2:
    Test E - 500mg per week
    Equipoise - 500mg per week
    12 week cycle


    I am 28yrs old 6ft and weigh around 200lbs. I'm a little "fatter" than I would like but have allways carried a few extra pounds and can't do much cardio due to a injured Achilles Tendon which is a re-occurring injury from 4 years ago which prevents me doing much cardio at all.

    So to the next cycle I am wanting something a little more "stronger" than the last cycle but due to the lack of cardio I can do something that will give me little or no bloat/water retention and a more lean cut increase In gains.

    Ideas please ladies n gents?

    I was thinking

    test e 500mg
    And
    Deca 300mg?

    Add hcg into that. It will stop atrophy. That's a decent dose though. Personally, I'd double the test and deca . But that's just me.

    I cant give you advice pertaining to your question. As I dont have the cycle experience. But I can say that the vets here are going to ask:

    Did you use AI and PCT in first 2 cycles? If yes, what?

    What is your BF%? If your unsure google BF% and compare your self to pictures or post a pic and ask what we think.

    What kind of gains did you see from your first 2 cycles? Start weight and ending weight? Did your strength increase?

    What does your diet look like?

    What are your goals of the 3 rd cycle?
