What is safe testosterone dosage year around??
I was reading online where studies have been done on people. Where they had them do around 600 MG a week for 20 weeks. Then did blood results and everything came back fine (meaning it was not really hard on their body). If this is the case, then would 300-500 MG weekly be safe dose all year around. Then from time to time blast with 1000 MG a week... You know like do a 4 month cycle at 800-1000 mg a week then go down to ~300 MG a week for 4-6 weeks. Then cycle back up to 800-1000 MG a week. Would this be safe?

Every one is different. Just remember anything administered to the human body is artificial and will have an impact on its natural life cycle.

I'd like to see that study. "Fine" is a relative term.

unless you make money of your body, not recomended. 200 would probably be a safe cruise, but depends on age . older dudes would have crazy RBCs from that. Also if your going to do that, i wouldnt expect to ever recover your natty levels so i'd commit to TRT by the end of this blast n cruise period.

Yeah but also including ones genetic make up and what hormones they used, for how long, how much, and if they used them correctly...
Anyone of these could knock down the LONG TERM effects by some years....

Yea I agree probably not safe. I am looking for that study now. Where it shows that 600 MG a week really had no harmful effects on the human body through a 20 week study. I know some of the guys at my GYM. They been dong 1 gram a week for 20-30 years now. They will do 1 gram + for 16-20 weeks then cycle down to 200 MG a week for 6 weeks (to let their receptors clear up).

Gains will drastically slow/cease and you will need mega doses to progress. Plus the impact on your CNS, lipids, BP, testicular function etc etc.Last edited by tdoe11; 08-29-2013 at 09:18 PM.
