First cycle! [Pics + info] Please advise!

Hi guys, hope you're all in good health and spirits. I'll get right into it.

    - Been training 3ish years, feel as though I've made little to no progress over the past 1.5 years

    - Diet is in check, count protein and kcals and have done since the start

    - Stats are: Age, 23 Height, 5'10 Weight, 190lb bf, ?

Basically guys I'm very unhappy with my bodyfat and would like to slowly lean out whilst continueing to gain strength and mayhbe mass (if possible?), as everytime I've leaned out before (with more thanbodyweight in protein, heavy rep range (even when I usef to lift)) I ended up just a smaller version of my fat self! I've had enough of spinning my wheels.

My training is primarily strength training gymnastics (however my exercises progress when I can do over 8 reps, so progressive overload is no problem)

I was thinking of running a test only cycle for 14 weeks. Test E/C, 600mg (300mg every Monday and thursday)

I've heard you can get away with lower doses when cutting purely to avoid catabolism, but also heard higher test can increase the metabolic rate and thus fat loss rate.

I'd love some direction. Attached are images of my current physicality. (Apologise for the almost homo leg pic)

Looking at your pics, I'd get your diet in order first. Then have a solid lifting/cardio plan in order. Body fat looks high to be using gear "will have higher risk of sides with more body fat".

Man you are still holding some fat tissue and water. I think at your age you will fill up with more water. You breasts seem to be maybe prone to Gyno with that amount od BF. You are not a fat guy, but you are holding young and immature tissue,. IMOP. I would train another year or at least 6-9 months. Get your diet in check. Look at the pic with your belly.
Train harder more intense and eat better calories for a while. Really I'm not giving you a hard time. Good luck. ...crazy mike

Bro the 1st thing you need to do is hit the diet section.Post your diet with macros.Doing this will greatly help you rid that fat.You got a good start you just need to start to tweek things here and there. This happens after one trains for a while. He will hit a sticking spot. This is when he needs to change things up a bit.But start with your DIET and don't get discouraged.Sometimes people will have a spot where the fat gets real stubborn.I fit in that group but I got 30 yrs on you GOOD LUCK!

Good god I'd kill myself if I looked like that. I've always wondered how people with such h beta genetics get through life. Take all the juice in the world if you want to bro you will always be working with that under it all.

I feel sick just looking at your pictures.

I agree about hitting the diet section, but you're are packed with lots of muscle, but also lots of unwanted fat. looks like you done good putting on muscle in the last 3 years. I agree with Crazy Mike, keep hitting the gym and clean your diet, and wait until you're 25 to consider any AAS cycles. in my opinion you're half way there.

That is a very inappropriate and immature response. We do not do that on this board. If you feel the need to act like a 12 year old take it to another forum please.

He is not nearly that bad, especially in comparison to the general public. Not sure why such the negativity, but you should keep that to yourself if you have no advice to give.

How much weight should I look to lose per week with the least risk of losing muscle mass?

Thanks for all the great advice, could I possibly get a bodyfat estimate? And around what weight would I be 9-12% ish? It'd be nice to have something to shoot for.

First off, you have a good solid starting foundation. Not bashing you but you stated your diet is in check but judging from your pics, your bf% is pretty high probably 20-25% so that right there shows that your diet is not quite there. Now running a cycle with that much body fat would probably make you miserable.. You would most likely hold a lot of water, bloat, gyno candidate, High blood pressure likely, ect. You either need to change up your workout regiment or not but one thing for sure is you need to adjust your diet big time!!! Instead of spending the money you have set aside on gear, I would suggest to put that money towards a nutritionist and/or some basic stuff such as protein supplements, fat burner, glutamine, amino acids, caffeine, ect. A good diet and some basic supplements would benefit you 1000 times more than a cycle would do

We have stickies and different sections that will help you. Read, read, read. Ask questions. Get yourself spot on, then the gear can come. What's the point of having big muscles only to be covered in fat? Holding water? Looking bloated?

Thank you. I am going to adopt a 2350 kcal diet with regular cardio. I'm also thinking of adding clen not only to aid in the fat loss process but for it's muscle spairing properties. How does this sound?

Besides the kind of training a do, I personally feel inclined walking is great for fat burning. Your saving the pounding on the knees/joints. Your keeping the heart rate in a "fat burning zone". I also feel 45-60mins is a great time to do this, I get best results at this times.

I'd focus on the above and not so much clen at this point. If you look in the supplement section aust made a great post of fat burning stack. Check it out, well worth it IMO.

I think you have achieved some good results, and earned some true muscle that will last a active life time.IMO you don't need AAS, just lose 15-20 lbs and you wil look as good as half the ppl who use AAS.

You have a good starting point bro, your wheels impress me the most. BF is a lil high but that caN Be brought down easy with proper diet. If you have in fact been training hard for three years id recommend a test only cycle. Something like test e 500 for 12 weeks. Would make a big difference. It would be best to wait till you were 25 with lower bf but I know its hard to hold back. Id say you were around 20% right now, try to get down to 15% if you could bro before you started

Good work austinite. Last thing we need is this board to change into the crapfest that is bodybuilding.com. Dudes who use the term "beta" when talking about other people have serious issues.
