    "The master cleanse" and AAS

Basically the master cleanse is where you go 7-10 days of only drinking this lemon juice/maple syrup/cayenne pepper concoction and its supposed to cleanse your body of toxins and help you lose some inches around the waist.

Obviously with pretty much no protein for 7 days there are some concerns but I'm thinking of doing it.

    Right now I'm on:

    900mg test e
    400mg tren e
    75mcg T3
    120mcg clen
    1mg adex EOD
    10mg Cialis
    + .5mg prami ED

Do you think I'll have much if any muscle loss if I do this cleanse? I'll still be lifting 5x a week but my workouts will be shitty for obvious reasons.

    Opinions?

What are you looking to achieve from this cleanse?

I haven't seen any evidence that they actually provide any benefits and trust me your workouts will be gruelling

you will not lose muscle, that's one of the benefits to steroids .. will you lose some measurable size?? probably, you might even lose some strength, but muscle fibers will be be effected as in they will not be cannibalized.

I know a few hippies that have done this, minus the AAS, of course.
Holy 4uck! You're gonna be super hungry, for the first few day!! Forget working out, as your energy levels will plummet!

My coworker does it, doesn't seem to help him lose any body fat, but I would assume you would lose a bit going to dang near no calories, especially with what you are on. I could see someone wanting this to clean out their digestive tract, but not sure any other reasons are worth it, or if that one even is.

yep, low blood sugars can kill ya in the end...

You'll be fine, but i'd suggest getting a good pro biotic to consume at the end of the cleanse as your body will be dead inside..

Yeah it's mostly cause half my damn family is doing it and they all want me to suffer with them. I made the mistake of telling them about a co worker of mine who did it and lost 25 pounds and 4 inches off his waist.....

Haha. Kinda what I was thinking. I wouldn't do it on cycle. What a waste.

Cleansing is pseudo-science new age quackery. I hope you are stacking it with some therapeutic touch that a middle schooler debunked as a science project.

Lose 2 inches on my waist off cycle = also lose a large amount of muscle

Lose 2 inches on my waist on cycle = little to no muscle mass.

How hard is that to understand?

But you also won't make the gains in that 1-2 weeks you're on the diet/cleanse thing.. Your workouts will be complete crap if even existent and to me thats just a waste of a cycle.

I'm on TRT, obviously I'm cutting, and I've literally got enough gear on hand for a 2 year long heavy test/tren /mast cycle lol.

Going from a 32 inch waist with only 2 abs visible to a 30 inch waist with a full six pack, and making my crazy family happy I'm suffering with them seems pretty well worth it to me.

It's up to you dude but why not all try some healthy eating and cardio instead.

That's something you can do as a family, plus it's a lot healthier and the fat loss will be sustainable too

You could run a moderate dose of test to prevent muscle wasting.

It almost sounds like you don't think I've already tried telling them this before -_-". There is a reason why over 70% of the American population is "overweight" or obese and it's not because they love broccoli and long bike rides.

Anyway, there's no reason to argue here...I got the information I asked for...thanks guys.
