    initial weight loss on deca and sus250 cycle

    Hey everyone. Im on my second week of my sus 250 and deca cycle. Im eating alot of carbs and my calories are very high. But for some reason ive lost about 3 kgs in weight since I started. Is this normal ? Im shooting 750 mg of sus a week and 400 mg of deca.

    Are you fat? That's normal if you are overweight. Aas make your body more efficient. I did a cycle when I was 245ish lbs and ended up around 225. That doesn't mean I didn't gain any lean mass. I was probably 35% bf at the start and around 16% when finished. I lost around 40lbs of fat and gained 15-20lbs of lean mass over a 6 month period. Its a net gain even though I lost in total weight.

    Im not fat at all. Ive always had a lean body typem maybe abit of bf around the stomach but thats all. Yeah my first cycle was cut short to 5 weeks cause I broke my ankle.

    Why are you cycling so young?

    Why 2 compounds?

    Why are you taking 750mg test a week?

    What is your height, weight and bodyfat?

    People lose weight because they eat at a caloric deficit.

    Ive been training for 4 years and I cant gain anymore size even with a high carb diet and protein and supplements. So I decided to start cycling. I do responsibly under Dr supervision.

    So, what happens if you gain weight on cycle? How will you maintain it after?

    What are you calories and macro breakdown?

    To answer the OPs question - No that is not normal and something is wrong....

    Deca makes most people hold water and bloat, and if you're goal is to bulk using this cycle, I don't know how or why you are losing weight...
