    First Cycle After Education

So I am reading and educating myself everyday on Test E Serms, PCT etc and becoming fully knowledgeable with every aspect before even considering to buy from any source.

    My stats as follows-
    29 years old
    205lbs
    Bf around 18-20
    Height 5 10
I have been training consistently for a little over 3 years now but started at the age 15 for high school sports. In the past 3 years I lost over 80 lbs but I've always had a little trouble getting rid of that stubborn fat on the hops and stomach etc.

I am considering my first cycle to be 500 mg/ml a week of Test E to start
I keep reading different posts on exactly what is the best to take for PCT and Serms.
Again I will not even consider starting a cycle unless I am 110% knowledgeable . Thank you

Thank you, I might post a few pics of my current body comp to get thoughts. I know I need to reduce my bf before starting especially due to the conversion of test to estrogen. I am very sensitive and when not cold to touch etc my nipples are puffed out in a way.

Taken this morning and weighed in at 207. Back on my good routine for nutrition. Posted a log in the nutrition section.

Getting down more in bf before I consider a first cycle and of course after more education and knowledge .

    You look fairly solid bro.

That sure is a lot of ink, lol.

Take your time and learn as much as you can before jumping on. It will just be more beneficial when you do get on.

Should be aight though. Just like you said, start with test only. It should be mild enough and not cause any random out of nowhere issues.

Dropping a little bit more fat wouldn't hurt either. If you do, you will just notice more of a benefit from your first run.

    Thank you Samson.

Ya I wanna be 110% knowledgable on every aspect before even starting. I've been reading information on here everyday more than once a day haha.

I have a lot of fat in my mid section especially love handle and that lower back fat which is a pain to get rid of for me. Again thank you, cheers

Holy crapper, wow did anyone call for INK ha! And listen you'll never be 110% knowledgeable about anything. Ha, ha, haaa! jus ribbing you buddy.

You know what a cool attitude. With that thinking you will be successful in doing the right protocol and everyone will enjoy helping. But remember we don't spoon feed ...lol kidding again.

Ginger we never know how our results will be or what to exactly to expect with a given cycle until you get to be a vet, and then ??? So continue to be patient with your cycle and progress.

This is a marathon , BB and it takes a life time of work and dedication to get what you desire in this sport. And then it seems we never get there, but that's the fun and what keeps us coming back to the gym.

Thanks for posting on my scrapbook. I'll be around to help anytime , if I can. Be cool. ...crazy mike
