Proposed cycle 39 year old

I have been doing AAS all wrong for years off and on. So at 39 years old I'm gonna start like my first. I have been lifting weights since I was eighteen but serious with no breaks for about a year. Had elbow surgery a year ago for arthritis. Slowed me down for couple months but healed up great. Really focusing on nutrition at this time in my life.

Have used dball, Sus, multiple times and tren just recently.

-500mg Sus a week/12 weeks (250x2 weekly)
-50mg Anavar ed weeks 7-12
-.25mg Arimidex ed weeks 1-12
-Nolvadex 40/20/20/20 weeks 14-18
-Clomid 40/20/20/20 weeks 14-18

Have Deca that I plan on using along with Sus and anavar on next cycle.

Any and all info would be appreciated. Looking forward to doing things the right way from here on out. I have learned a lot on this forum, hope I didn't leave anything out. Thanks in advance

Sust - 150mg EOD

Adex - .25 EOD up till day before PCT. (mid cycle blood work to verify)

Anavar - 70mg week 9 to 14 (use till the day before PCT)

hCG - 250 IU twice weekly for 1st 12 weeks.

PCT - Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolva @ 40/20/20/20

NAC - 600mg every day for the rest of your life.

^ You're asking the wrong person I'd rather get fat before I cycled without hCG . Safety belt before you drive.

I wouldn't chance it, hCG will almost guarantee recovery. if you don't most likely you will experience testicular shrinkage.

So this is what I see to order on one site:

Size: 1 amps
Type: injectable
Dosage: 1500 UI/ ampoule
Active ingredient: gonadotropine

That still needs to be mixed correct? Not clear on site

Yes, all hCG comes dry (Unless you can find HUCOG pens), you have to mix in BAC water.

if you get the ampules also get a sterile vial, once you mix it transfer it into the vial and keep refrigerated.
