    Clen and test /

    Hello all,

    I'm currently 5'8 194lbs roughly 25 % bf.. bulking at the moment (lol) been lifting since 16
    This is my first thread as I am a beginner at these things, but I have done research. I understand there are a lot of threads/posts regarding clen and how it works and all sorts of things but its not clear too me yet, I have a couple questions and was hoping you guys would clarify.

    I understand clen is taken 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, and Taurine is a must.
    The main question here is can I take Clen without Test? I'm 18 and I understand that yeah i'm young for these things but I understand the risks and i'm ok with taking these risks.

    I've been told that I have a good amount of test in me and so whats the point in taking more test?
    basically, I'll be cutting starting February so I wanted to know if I can take clen while not taking any test or anything else?

    Sorry just seen your age,

    Your don't need test or anything at 25% bf, what you need to do is sort your diet out and implement a solid cardio routine and drop your bf down naturally until you come to a brick wall in your results, then design another diet and increase your cardio and get the fat burning process off again and once you come to another brock wall then you might want to look at something to shift the suborn fat what you got left but with a lot of dedication and the right cardio/diet you can drop that bf drastically over the next few months. No substitute for hardwork

    I see what you're getting at, I was on a solid diet/cutting back in july-august and I lost 35 pounds.. I'm just wondering is clen possible without test?

    And now you need to carry on cutting by adjusting your diet and increasing your cardio, you can run clen without test but there is no need to do that until you have fully come to the end of the natural cut, no short cuts get some hardwork in otherwise there will be no where to go once you use it.. you can easy cut further.

    Ok thanks man, appreciate it. that was my initial plan, cut naturally then when I cant lose anymore clen .

    Unfortunately, the street reputations for Clen and T3 don't translate to real life. Both are finishing compounds, most effectively used to polish a statue-like physique, not to do the hammer and chisel chopping work.

    There are some products that you can add to your diet and training regimen to aid in the early process like the fat mobilizing amino acid L-carnitine, and a similar acting assortment of often neglected healthy fatty acids such as CLA, GLA, MCT, or Omega 3, 6, and 9.

    Losing 35 pounds is commendable...keep up the good work, but remember as you get closer to your goal actual bodyweight becomes deceptive with regard to muscle gain/fat loss. Instead switch to better barometers like the fit of your clothes, the mirror, a tape measure, and body fat measurements.
