HELP: First Cycle, 2nd pin and I passed out

Ok so I'm running my first cycle @ 400 mg Test E per week (pinning monday and thursday) and 35 mg a day of liquid dbol split morning and evening. I'm 30 years old, about 180 and 12% BF if any of that is pertinent to the thread.

Anyway, my girlfriend is a registered nurse and has been for 2 years. I'm letting her do the pinning because she gives shots all the time. Even test shots in some cases. So Monday is my first pin and it went perfect. I'm using a 1 ml syringe and 5/8's needle, pinning in the left delt Monday, and right delt this morning. A little soreness a few inches below the injecting site but that's going away more and more every day. Today it's barely noticeable. I chalked that up to "noob muscle".

This morning, we get up about 5:30 and get the gear out and start the process. Everything is going good. I *felt* like I was totally calm and normal. I have a very high pain tolerance and no fear of needles at all. She gets the area cleaned, sticks the needle in and proceeds to very slowly push the test in. Everything's going good, she says "you ok" and i'm like "yup, all good ... oh" When I said oh I could tell something was happening but not sure what. About 3 seconds later I started getting light headed and shit started fading to black. My gf said I was ooohhhh ok whoaaaaaoaoaa and started trying to sit down and then went totally limp. I came to about 20 seconds later she said. Since I came to, the only lasting effects that weren't there before is just some soreness in my neck just under my ears. I'm chalking that up to straining it when I fell?

Now, like I said, I have a very high tolerance for pain and no fear of needles so passing out from the stress of it all seems unlikely. I'm not ruling it out of course, but it seems unlikely. Is there anything in Test E that, if it went directly into the blood stream, would cause someone to go out like a light? Could it be dirty gear? Like I said, the pin Monday was flawless and the lab is talked about highly around here but I know there is always a risk. It's kinda freaking me out since this is just my 2nd pin ever and I've already had this happen. I still have .6 ml in the syringe as well. Is it safe to switch to a new needle and try to finish it off?

It's in your head. Her asking if you are ok likely triggered the event too. Like fit said, man up, have some confidence, if she is aspirating there shouldn't be any problems. Don't do the shot when you are really hungry or weak feeling, that can help prevent those bad feelings developing into something more.

    Woot! Vasovagal response

Sounds like anxiety due to the injection, which could be more pronounced now because of the episode.

A tip, have a piece of hard candy right before injecting ( to raise blood sugar) *dont have it in your mouth during injection tho

After the injection, squat down (like a baseball catcher) and stay like that for a minute, then stand slowly.

make sure you are fully hydrated, ( which you should be on cycle anyways, take extra precautions to avoid dehydration.. basically, drink ALOT of water)

*on a personal note, i found that injecting right before i work out helps alot w/ any pain issues. And i work the muscle group i injected in ( aka quads on a squat day) . I went w/ prop ED and had virtually no issues.

^ If he fainted it would be Syncope, not response.

Wow I didn't even realize I had double posted this. After a day of reading here and elsewhere the only explanation is that it was nerves. I did do it first thing after waking up on a completely empty stomach. I was also reading something about having your knees locked doesn't help and sure enough I was standing up straight. Its just very frustrating to me becuause I've given blood and had blood drawn. I've had stuff injected like flu shots and all kinds of other things. I was around people that shot up "other stuff" when I was a teen. I really have no fear of needles at all and BAM second injection I'm on my ass looking at the ceiling like wtf just happened.
