    sustanon 250 help

    im about to start my first cycle ever with sustanon 250. ive never did this before and would like some advice. the reason im going with this is its the only one i can find right now because a buddy of mine is using it. so the questions i have are what size needle do i use, how much, how long of a cycle on and off, were to inject and what pct do i go with. to give some stats of my build now im 6ft 210lb and never really did much working out. any help?

    I was told to do 10cc for ten weeks as far as stats do you need sizes?

    I'm 27 I've don't push ups sit ups and running and my body fat is about 15% last checked in 2009 and nothing has changed. I've never had to work out I was living on a farm and work was a work out. I'm just looking for some help I'm in OK shape now I would just like to be bigger

    Then go to the gym and work out for 3-5 yrs.
    Go to the nutrition section and get a weight gaining diet sorted out.

    It's that simple. You have no base to use aas. You will injure yourself. Ligament, tendon or muscle.

    Doing steroids now would be just about the worst thing you could do. I'm sorry but you are completely unprepared and have no business using anabolics. You have no idea how the drug is dosed, how to inject, how to control your aromatase enzymes, no proper training, no clear knowledge of diet, and so on. Everything is wrong. If you think it's a simple as sticking yourself with a needle, you are headed in a direction that is going to cause you a lot of problems not solutions.

    You clearly have no knowledge and now you are relying on people you don't know, have never met, on an Internet forum to advise you. Does this sound even sensible to you?????

    There are a lot of educated guys on here that can help, but you need to help yourself first by educating yourself, training consistently for at least two years, learning how to eat to grow, and then maybe this (anabolics) is a topic worth your time and discussion.
