I have 36 % body fat. Please help me

I wanted to do a Testosterone Propionate and Trenbolone Acetate cycle for 12 weeks, but Im only 19, so that's a no no. I have ABSOLUTELY NO training experience. Another no no. My diet is extremely bad. That's a no no as well. A bunch of no no's. I think I already have gynecomastia too. My stats are 19 years old. 5'10. 195 pounds. 36% Body fat. If you saw me, you wouldn't think I was that fat though. Can someone point me in another direction?

Weeks 1-12 500 mgs Testosterone Propionate . Monday - Friday. One 100 mg injection every day

Weeks 1-12 50 mgs Trenbolone Acetate. Monday - Friday. One 50 mg injection every day

My PCT plan would've started 3 days after my last pin with 350IU's per day for the first 10 days. On the 11th day I would start with 40 mgs of Nolva per day and 75 mgs of Clomid per day for 2 weeks and then 20 mgs of Nolva per day with 35 mgs of Clomid per day the last 2 weeks.

Why won't you take the good advice that's already been given?

    An acceptable Novice cycle?

    19 years old?
    No training?
    No diet?

    Did I read this correctly?

It will be a lot of work but you can burn that BF % down without the using any type of drugs or supplements.
Just plain old diet and hard work will do the trick for you, trust me I know I have been there.
    Good luck on you're journey.

Mate, Get serious, start training, start dieting and stop complaining! You ate willingly every food that has caused your problems. STOP!

It is your fault, you are the only one who can fix it! Diet, walk, diet, run, diet, train, Diet!

Mate if you think that's too hard, I was given 3 months to live age 24 as an extreme alcoholic! I had to do the impossible and change my life; I am now 58! All you have to do is listen! Good luck, John

I am inclined to agree with FCastle. There is naive and then there is stupid....this post covers all basis. My apologies for being so blunt, but how does any sane, logical person come to the conclusion that at nearly 40% body fat, 19 years of age, and NO training experience, and no concept of proper nutrition, that steroids are the direction you need to go in?!?! If this isn't an absurd joke to get a rise out of the members, do yourself an enormous favor and stop using substances you have no business using, commit to a proper HEALTHY nutrition plan, and get yourself committed to at least 2-3 years in the gym at least 4 days a week.

During that time, stick around here, ask questions, learn, learn, learn, and then learn some more and in about 2-3 years when you are a much healthier 10-15% body fat, THEN we can talk about planning steroid cycles.

    There is an upside,
Diet however, doesn't matter. 36% bf and never worked out=no muscle to lose from a starvation diet. No matte what he does he can't lose as long as he does something. DO SOMETHING! STOP EATING AND START DOING. This isn't complex. Stop worrying about how and just DO!

Agreed catabolism isn't gonna be a big issue for OP, could easily lose a great deal over the course of a year from some hard cardio and a restricted calorie diet.
