As long as you're not running crazy amounts and not cycling longer than 12 or so weeks then no, it's not going to be harsh on your kidney's.

At least a gallon of water. If your urine is light yellow to clear (colorless) you are fine. The darker your urine, the more concerned you should be.

i read that the darker urine was from the tren metabolite being excreted in the urine

I guy who works at a local shop says his buddy never cycles off tren . I know thats the cliche friend of a friend thing, but I guess it just depends on the dose.
Maybe get a kidney function panel done first and after?

Considering the importance of your kidneys and their detoxification role in your body, one would be fool hardy to assume anything. Few people actually hydrate properly - particularly those who do NOT exercise frequently. The best method to assess kidney function is blood work and between episodes of BW, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!!!!

It may very not just be the fact that it an oral. It may bethat it is a property of tren . Have you noted all the pro BBér that die from kidney related probs???

From my little experience (I run only 50mg tren a EOD for 8 weeks), never had any problem...apart night sweeting. I always drink 5 liters of water and my urine was always clear.

what is your position of large amounts of protein stressing the kidneys? Ive heard both sides. Saying it stresses them out and other side saying it helps keep them healthy. I know When they test your kidney function they just test how much protein is in your urine basically.
