    Natty blood test results. Help!

    Hey guys,

Just got my blood work in, a few background points before i list the numbers:
Been cutting since may using a CKD diet, now full keto (400-500 deficit with refeeds about once every two weeks). I weight 160, and I'm 5"10. I started out at 189, and kept most of my muscle, surprisingly.

A few things I noticed right off the bat, BUN and BUN/creatinine ratios are high... I'm only 22 so I doubt it's kidney failure, and I'm chalking it up to keto and high protein intake. Also, Test serum is on the low end, at 307 which is surprising. I don't know why It's that low, or how to get it up naturally (not ready for a cycle yet, too many reservations). Also cortisol is high, but I know this is typical for the morning and while dieting, and it's also a poor indicator of true cortisol levels in the blood.

Please let me know what I can and should do to correct the levels I mentioned, or even some levels that I may have overlooked.

    Thanks!

Your thyroid is working extra hard as well. Although the total test is low, seems your free test is in range, but still towards bottom of spectrum. (5-21).

What do you think the implications of this are? Stressed kidneys and thyroid are no joke..

are you still currently on a cut diet?

before you start getting too worried, you probably should check bw again after returning to normal diet for a few wks.

Sounds as if your body is in stress from the diet and supplements. As shown in the results of the liver and cortisol. As Ad says a retest is needed after returning to a more normal diet.
Pre-workout drinks and powders can be pretty harsh as well are you using these and other supplements or Prohormones?

I just stopped my cut a few days ago. I'm hoping I don't rebound and start gaining fat at maintenance. I only take C4 with some amino acids for energy before a workout. No other supplements or prohormones.

Synephrine HCL seems to be the main ingredient which give it it's bite, other than that the usual stuff like creatine nitrate, arginine etc. Never did like the stuff much.

I am no expert but when I was doing severe keto I know my blood works came back out of whack for a bunch of things, but when I ate normal everything was fine again. My doc told me high creatinine levels are normal for athletes, mine are higher than yours by the way and my doc told me its to do with constant high intensity exercise. Other people would know a lot than me... just an observation.
