Firs time cutting with gear - advice needed.
Hey everyone,
This is my first time dieting using AAS and I have a question.
I am eating a caloric defecit and completing cardio 4-5 times per week.
In terms of gear, I am currently using:
- 12 wks: 400mg Test C e/w
- 8 wks: 100mg Var e/d
- Arimidex e2d just to control bloating etc from the test - i don't usually experience many estro related sides
(I know there are better options when it comes to cutting cycles but I am extremely sensitive to DHT and higher androgenic substances - so there are many I have to avoid)
Should you expect the scale to reflect weight loss as you would if you were dieting without the AAS? I know that using gear while dieting plays a big part in retaining muscle, and so does this stop the scale from dropping as much?
I can feel myself getting leaner but the scale doesn't change all that much? Just want to know if I am doing something wrong..

Running AAS while cutting generally protects your muscles and keeps them hard which makes it better to see results when losing bf, it wont be as big of a difference as you may think but it will help

No mention of stats or pct....All gear does for cutting is help retain mass, it will let you go lower in cals then what you could without AAs.

What would my stats or pct protocol have to do with the original question that I asked?
I said it was my first time dieting with AAS and had some questions relating how I should see the scale move.
My original post noting my DHT sensitivity should have been an indicator that this isn't my first time using AAS.

I have been running at 800-1000 deficit without loosing to much muscle but I assume it is from person to person. That was without gear so I assume going at a 1000 kcal deficit would pose no problem!
Thanks
