is winny known for bad acne?

if so, what are some good preventative measures?

i am currently on winny and dont have a problem with it and i know a couple of people who have taken it and have never heard of it being a problem.

Ive never heard of anyone getting acne from winny, usually an oil based ester will give you that. Im using Winny with EQ and Suspension right now, and Im not experiencing anything like that. Hurts like a son of a bitch though.

To be on the safe side you can take b-5 anywhere from 2 grams to 10 grams a day. Just have to find the dose that will not bother your stomache and work on the acne. Also use a lufa(sp?) brush on your skin, use a acne soap, and a soap called basil. Take a couple showers a day switch the 2 types of soaps up and you might be ok. This has woked for me and I'm using oil base gear.
