    Test results.

Just got woodwork back today.. Hematocrit 0.50, Ldl cholesterol 3.60. Have an appointment tomorrow morning with dietician. My last shot was around July of cyp. My diet has been mostly super healthy. Any ideas or recommendations? I plan on running my cyp/Var cycle in January (if it's even real Var..)

Red yeast rice? I already eat a blend of brown, black sweet, red, and wild. Is it better? And is Nac easily available? How much Niacin?

LDL of 3.6 doesn't really sound that bad, unless you've got numerous other risk factors, like high bp, diabetes, smoking, and a strong family history of heart attack or stroke.

what is your total chol, hdl, and ratio?

    Cholesterol 5.42
    ratio 3.8
    Hdl 1.43
    No prominent risk factors
Just really thought I would be closer to perfect range...I eat healthy, exercise, and supplement responsibly. Trying to be close to perfect as possible - I want to be the best!

The standard medical advice might be to increase your cardio and dietary fibre, fruits and vegetables. Bf%?
